Unusual, one of a kind double brooch featuring cat and mouse friends knitting together.

I created the little mouse and cat by crocheting coloured copper wire. The little mouse has tiny sardonyx agate stone eyes, tiny rhodonite stone nose and hands and tiny red coral stones for her shoes. She is wearing a little lilac and red dress with tiny sugilite beads decorating it. The cat has a tiny black onyx stone nose and faceted alexandrite stone shoes. she is wearing a blue, lilac and turquoise dress I made with wire mesh and the dress has tiny moonstones decorating it. The cat and mouse are each holding knitting needles I made using stainless steel wire and tiny silver plated beads. The knitting is a silver coloured wire mesh length. The brooches have silver plated tie tac brooch pins on the back.

The cat brooch measures 6cm (2.4 in) tall and 3.5cm (1.4 in) wide. the mouse brooch measures 3.5cm (1.4 in) tall and 1.5cm (0.6 in) wide. The silver coloured wire mesh length connecting the two brooches together is about 18cm (7.1 in) long when straight.
