Unusual one of a kind ring featuring a bear fishing.

I created the ring by crocheting coloured copper wire with a tiny crochet hook to make the bear and the fish. The bear has tiny sardonyx agate stone eyes and a little black onyx stone nose. I gave him a little red jacket with gold plated copper wire trim and he holds a sturdy sterling silver fishing rod. The fishing wire is sterling silver chain and on the end of the chain is the bears catch of the day, a little gold fish with black onyx stone eyes and tiny sun stone scales. The ring band is handmade by a fellow etsy seller, it is sterling silver that has been lightly hammered. The ring is adjustable and springy so it can be manipulated to suit your finger size. The bear sits in the middle of the ring and one end of the ring is where the fish is attached, the other end is for extra support and the wire has been rounded off. The ring is very sturdy and the fishing rod and sculpture will not bend easily as I used a hard and thick silver wire to make the rod.

The bear and his fishing rod measures about 3.5cm (1.4 in) tall and 2.5cm (1 in) wide. The little fish is about 1.5cm (0.6 in) tall and 2cm (0.8 in) long and the fishing line will extend to about 3cm (1.2 in) long. The whole sculpture on the ring measures about 5cm (2 in) long, 2.5cm (1 in) wide and 3.5cm (1.4 in) tall but the ring band where the fish is attached can be moved slightly to suit you.
